     Trails for Walking,

    Jogging, and Biking

Paved Trails are found in many areas of Oswego, especially along the River and around the Parks, which make it 'easy' to get out and enjoy the scenery.

Harbor Rail Trail - This .5 mile walking and jogging trail includes an elevated span following the course of the original O&W railroad tunnel and bridge that crosses over the Oswego River, providing breathtaking views of Nature and the city.

Oswego River Walk (East) - Built for both walking and cycling, it follows the East side of the Oswego River and passes along the functional Navigational locks used by ships and boats travelling up/down the river. It's Excellent for observing Nature and birding.

Oswego River Walk (West) - Built for both walking and cycling, the trail follows the West side of the Oswego River, and is accessible from multiple downtown locations. Large Ships at Oswego's International Port are seen directly across the way. It's great for observing Nature and birding.
